Executive Director
An experienced entrepreneur with over two decades of expertise in global business development, corporate structuring, family office advisory, and finance. Mostafa Nasser Al-Rashed founded MNA Foundation and MNA Ventures with a vision to create an integrated ecosystem that solves complex business challenges through strategic innovation and institutional excellence.
Under his leadership, the MNA ecosystem has grown from a single advisory practice to a diversified conglomerate spanning legal services, financial technology, corporate services, and real estate development across the UAE, Europe, and emerging excellence.
His strategic philosphy centers on building solutions from within-identifying internal challenges, developing robust solutions, and scaling those solutions into market-leading subsidiaries that serve clients globally.
